Techmplish ATS sells prepaid credits. CV-view credits let a recruiter open a candidate's full profile; AI credits let you continue using AI features beyond the free monthly allowance. Credits are a digital product delivered to your account immediately on successful payment. They are not a subscription, and nothing renews automatically.
All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cash-outs on purchased credits, whether the credits are used, partly used, or entirely unused.
This is because credits are delivered instantly and are consumed by revealing information that cannot be un-revealed: once a candidate's profile has been unlocked, or an AI request has been run, the value has been delivered and the underlying cost has been incurred on your behalf.
You do not have to buy anything to evaluate the platform. Every account starts with free credits, the first ten results of every search are free to open, and a candidate you have already opened is never charged again. We show your balance and the cost of an action before you take it, precisely so that a purchase is never a surprise.
You can abandon a payment at any point before it completes and nothing will be charged. Once a payment succeeds, the order cannot be cancelled, because the credits are already in your account. Purchased credits do not expire and remain available while your account is active.
The policy above covers changing your mind. It does not cover our mistakes. We will refund or restore credits in these cases:
Write to support@techmplish.com within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and the payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
You may delete your account at any time. Any unused credits are forfeited on deletion and are not refunded. If we suspend an account for breach of the Terms of Service, unused credits are forfeited.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the purchase screen and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects credits you have already bought.
