1. The service

Techmplish ATS (ats.techmplish.com) is a recruitment platform where candidates build and share CVs and apply to jobs, recruiters post roles and evaluate candidates, and users may refer candidates through personal referral links. By creating an account or applying to a job you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Applying as a guest creates an account for you; you can activate it via the emailed link and delete it at any time.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent jobs or applications, or abuse the platform.

3. Content you provide

  • You must have the right to share what you upload (your CV, job descriptions). CVs must describe you truthfully; job posts must be for genuine openings.
  • You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display this content to operate the service (including AI parsing and matching, as described in the Privacy Policy).

4. AI features

CV parsing, job-description parsing, matching scores, and text-improvement suggestions are produced with the help of AI and may contain mistakes. Review your CV before sharing it and verify important details; recruiters should treat match scores as a signal, not a decision. AI features are currently free with fair-use limits we may introduce or adjust.

5. Referral rewards program

  • When a candidate you referred is hired through the platform and remains employed for the vesting period (currently 90 days), reward points are credited to you.
  • Points can be redeemed for cash; payouts are processed manually by our team after verification.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, and collusive hiring void the associated rewards. If a hire is reversed during vesting, the pending reward is cancelled.
  • We may change point values, vesting periods, or discontinue the program prospectively; earned-and-credited points will be honoured.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping of candidate data, no reselling access, no discriminatory job postings, no uploading malware or content you have no right to share, and no attempts to circumvent security or rate limits.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform and do not guarantee interviews, hires, or candidate quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (currently zero for free accounts).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@techmplish.com.
