Northwind Analytics is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems that power our analytics platform. You'll work with microservices architecture, handle complex data processing pipelines, and ensure our systems scale reliably to meet growing demand. Your day-to-day work involves writing clean, well-tested code, collaborating with other engineers on architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers as they grow.
You will own the design and implementation of backend features end-to-end, from requirements through deployment. You'll take responsibility for code quality, system performance, and the reliability of services in production.
