Full Stack Java Developer Experience: 3–8 Years Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with 3–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java-based backend development along with modern frontend technologies. The role involves working across the complete software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to application architecture, performance, security, and code quality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring-based frameworks. Build responsive and reusable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks. Integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and third-party APIs. Participate in application design and technical architecture discussions. Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services. Troubleshoot application defects and resolve performance issues. Perform code reviews and follow development best practices. Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and business teams. Implement application security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Support application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments. Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong programming experience with Java

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework

Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices

Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server

Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts

Experience with JPA, Hibernate, or similar ORM frameworks

Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles

Experience with Git and version control

Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle

Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as JWT, OAuth2, and role-based access control

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience with Spring Cloud

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
