Full Stack JavaScript Developer Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Full Stack JavaScript Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern JavaScript technologies across both frontend and backend development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. Build responsive and reusable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks. Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services and APIs. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and third-party services. Design and work with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers. Work with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD processes. Contribute to technical design discussions and application architecture decisions.

Requirements

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js

Strong backend development experience with Node.js

Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs

Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design

Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar

Strong understanding of Git and version control

Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control

Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and scalable development practices

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

Experience with TypeScript

Experience with Next.js

Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Knowledge of Docker and containerization

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with Redis, caching, queues, or WebSockets

Experience with automated testing frameworks

Understanding of microservices or distributed application architecture

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3–6 years of relevant software development experience.
