Techmplish is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Finance department in Mumbai. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our growing organization. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting positions and reviewing applications to conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure we attract the right candidates.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, conducting phone and video interviews, and collaborating with team leads to understand their hiring needs. You'll own the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and professional process from first contact through offer stage. You'll also track recruitment metrics, gather feedback from interviewers, and continuously refine our hiring strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
